1粗、细格栅除污机

1 coarse and fine grille cleaner

1.1维护管理

1.1 Maintenance Management

a)定时清除格栅所截栅渣。加强汛期巡视,增加除污次数,保证水流畅通。

A) regularly remove the slag intercepted by the grille. Strengthen the inspection in flood season, increase the frequency of decontamination, and ensure the smooth flow of water.

b)格栅除污机工作时,监视设备的运转情况,发现故障应立即停车检修。

B) When the grille cleaner is working, it monitors the operation of the equipment and should stop for repair immediately if it finds out the fault.

c)格栅前遇到大块杂物及漂浮物,及时清捞,以防损坏除污机部件。

(c) When large debris and floating debris are encountered in front of the grille, they should be removed in time to prevent damage to the components of the decontaminator.

d)每次除污机维护、检修工作完毕后及时清理格栅机内外卫生,保持干净。

1.2安全操作

a)除污机、螺旋输送机、压渣机保养、检修后,检查设备是否具备开机条件。

b)除污机、螺旋输送机、压渣机被硬物卡住或垃圾缠绕时,必须停机后进行处理。

c)检修除污机或人工清捞栅渣时注意安全,并有有效的监护。

1.3维护保养

a)保持除污机及其周围清洁。

A) Keep the decontaminator and its surroundings clean.

b)细格栅每天清理后墙板,集渣口纤维性垃圾一次。

B) Fine grilles clean the back wall panels every day and collect the fibrous garbage at the slag collecting port once a day.

c)发现除污机的传动链瓣有断裂现象等,立即更换。

C) The transmission chain valve of the decontaminator is found to be broken and replaced immediately.

d)除污机、螺旋输送机、压渣机按计划定期检修。

D) Regular maintenance of the decontaminator, screw conveyor and slag press as planned.

2进水区、出水区设备

2 Equipments in Inlet and Outlet Areas

2.1设备管理

2.1 Equipment Management

a)必须严格执行巡视检查制度,并符合下列规定:

(a) The inspection system must be strictly enforced and in accordance with the following provisions:

①注意观察各种仪表显示是否正常、稳定。

(1) Pay attention to the normal and stable display of various instruments.

②轴承温升不得超过环境温度35℃,最高温度不得超过75℃。

(2) Bearing temperature rise shall not exceed the ambient temperature of 35 and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 75 C.

③机械填料压盖处不得有发热异常情况,定期检查油脂泵或自动加油装置的工作情况,以水润滑的填料,滴水不成线。

(3) There should be no abnormal heat at the cover of mechanical packing. Regular inspection of the working conditions of oil pump or automatic refueling device should be carried out. Water-lubricated packing can not form a dripping line.

④潜水泵机组不得有异常噪音或震动。

Submersible pump units shall not have abnormal noise or vibration.

⑤集水池水位保持正常,检修时不得利用水泵在最低工作水位以下运行水泵,抽排剩水。

_The water level of the catchment pool remains normal. During maintenance, the pump shall not be used to run the pump below the lowest working level to drain the remaining water.

(b)提升泵站的设备应保持良好状态。

(b) The equipment of the lifting pumping station should be kept in good condition.

b)保持泵站的清洁卫生,各种使用工具摆放整齐。

B) Keep the pumping station clean and hygienic, and keep all kinds of tools in good order.

及时清除泵体、闸阀、管道的堵塞物。池内漂浮物及时打捞,防止吸入泵体引起堵塞。

Clean up the blockage of pump body, gate valve and pipeline in time. The floating matter in the pool is salvaged in time to prevent the blockage caused by the suction pump body.

c)泵房的集水池一般每年至少清理一次,同时进行相关设备检修。

C) The catchment pool of the pump house is usually cleaned up at least once a year, and the relevant equipment is repaired at the same time.

d)对软启动器及其他附属设备的管理等可按变配电站内容执行。

D) The management of soft starters and other ancillary equipment can be carried out according to the content of transformer and distribution stations.

2.2安全操作

2.2 Security Operations

a)当泵房突然断电或设备发生重大事故时,及时处理,并及时向污水厂主管部门报告,不得擅自接通电源或修理设备。

(a) When a sudden power outage of the pump house or a serious accident of the equipment occurs, it shall be handled promptly and reported to the competent department of the sewage plant in time. No power supply or repair equipment shall be connected without authorization.

b)清理泵房集水池时,特别注意防中毒,事先制定操作方案,开具下井作业工作票,并符合相应规程。

B) When cleaning up the collecting pool of the pump house, special attention should be paid to preventing poisoning, working out the operation plan beforehand, issuing the work ticket for down-hole operation, and conforming to the relevant regulations.

c)维护、检修人员在水泵开启至运行稳定后,交付运行人员并确认后方可离开。

C) Maintenance and maintenance personnel shall deliver the operation personnel and confirm that they can leave after the pump is opened to stable operation.

d)严禁频繁启动水泵,每小时启动不得超过3次。

D) Frequent start-up of pumps is strictly prohibited, and no more than three start-ups per hour are allowed.

f)泵运行中发现下列情况时,立即停机。

F) When the following conditions are found in the operation of the pump, stop immediately.

①控制信号突然异常或中断。

The control signal suddenly abnormal or interrupted.

②突然发生异常声响及振动。

(2) Abnormal sound and vibration occur suddenly.

③油室轴承温度过高。

The temperature of oil chamber bearing is too high.

④压力表、电流表的显示值过高或过低。

The display value of pressure gauge and ammeter is too high or too low.

⑤机房管线、阀门发生大量漏水。

There is a lot of leakage of pipelines and valves in the engine room.

⑥电机发生严重故障。

Serious faults occurred in the motor.

2.3维护保养

2.3 Maintenance

a)每半年检查、调整、更换水泵机械密封、润滑油一次。

(a) Inspection, adjustment and replacement of mechanical seals and lubricants of water pumps every six months.

b)定期检修集水池浮球液位计及转换装置。

B) Regular overhaul of float level gauge and conversion device in catchment basin.

2.4技术指标

2.4 Technical Indicators

有备用设备时,工作设备的完好率达到100%;泵房设备的综合完好率应达到95%以上。

When there are spare equipment, the intact rate of working equipment reaches 100%, and the comprehensive intact rate of pumping equipment should reach more than 95%.

3曝气沉砂池

3 aerated sand sink

3.1运行与设备管理

3.1 Operation and Equipment Management

a)操作人员根据水量的变化,调节沉砂池进水阀门,保持沉砂池进水符合设计流速。

(a) The operator adjusts the inlet valve of the sand sink according to the change of water volume, and keeps the inlet water of the sand sink in accordance with the designed flow rate.

b)沉砂池的吸砂泵,应根据水量的变化进行操作,不得随意停止运行。

B) The suction pump of the sand sink shall be operated according to the change of water volume and shall not be stopped at will.

c)沉砂池根据积砂量定时排砂,积砂高度不得超过设计高度。

(c) Sand is discharged at regular intervals according to the amount of sand deposited, and the height of sand deposited shall not exceed the designed height.

d)操作吸砂机符合下列规定:

①吸砂机械每日至少运行1次(见吸砂机运行规定,附后),操作人员现场室外监视。

e)沉砂池上的电气设备做好防潮湿、抗腐蚀处理。

f)沉砂池每运行2年,彻底清池检修一次。

3.2安全操作

a)吸砂机运行时观察每台吸砂泵出水工况。

b)吸砂机械工作完毕后,必须将吸砂机、砂水分离器检查一遍。

3.3维护保养

a)吸砂机械的限位装置每月调整一次。

c)保持沉砂池及栅渣压实机,砂水分离器周围的环境卫生。

4一体化生物反应池

4 Integrated Bioreactor

4.1设备管理

4.1 Equipment Management

(1)确保进水闸门正常运行,调整启闭限位装置,统一开启度,使各池均匀配水。

(1) Ensure the normal operation of the intake gate, adjust the opening and closing limit device, unify the opening degree, and make the pools distribute water evenly.

(2)积极配合污水厂工艺技术部的工艺控制的有关工作。

(2) Actively cooperate with the relevant work of the process control of the Technical Department of the Wastewater Treatment Plant.

(3)经常观察推进器运转是否正常。推进水花是否良好。

(3) Regular observation of propeller operation. Whether the spray is propelled well or not.

(4)在反应池沉淀时间内,观察曝气管、曝气头有无漏气现象,如有大量漏气,即时申报抢修曝气管线。在反应池曝气时间内,检查曝气量大小,布气是否均匀,如异常,视情况申请安排检修曝气设备。

(4) During the settling time of the reaction tank, observe whether there is leakage in the aeration pipe and aeration head. If there is a large amount of leakage, declare immediately to repair the aeration pipeline. During the aeration time of the reaction tank, check the aeration volume and whether the aeration distribution is uniform. If abnormal, apply for the maintenance of aeration equipment according to the situation.

(5)经常检查内回流泵运转是否正常。

(6)当冬季气温较低时,区域内所有水管做好保温工作。

(7)及时清捞曝气池各池内及进水渠垃圾杂物。

4.2安全操作

(1)曝气头组件安装时紧固用力适当,不可

大或过小,曝气管接头两端紧固。

(2)潜水推进器在无水状态下不得送电运行,叶片不得被异物堵塞。

(3)内循环泵及所有电动阀门严禁频繁启动,每小时不超过5次。

4.3维护保养

(1)除正常计划检修外,每3年放空、清理曝气池一次,同时检修曝气装置(包括曝气头、曝气管、潜水推进器、内循环泵等系列设备)。

(2)空气闸阀、曝气设备、空气管道、进水闸门、潜水推进器、内循环泵等反应池内设备,定期按污水厂计划进行维护保养。

4.4技术指标

(1)曝气池各类设备完好率大于95%。

(2)曝气设备、内循环泵、潜水推进器的机械效率满足生产,并且效率大于95%。

5鼓风机房

5.1设备管理

(1)鼓风机的电机、联轴器、地脚螺栓及水冷却系统发生不正常现象时,立即采取措施,确保鼓风机不发生故障。

(2)停运的鼓风机应关闭进、出气阀,并定期进行维护保养。

(3)风机房内保持清洁,严禁有任何物品。

(4)及时清理鼓风机空气过滤器。

(5)按运行时数及时更换鼓风机润滑油。

(6)鼓风机在运行中,设备巡视人员注意观察鼓风机及电机的温度、油压、风量、电流、电压,进风口差压,水冷却系统等。

5.2安全操作

(1)清扫鼓风机房、鼓风机滤网,必须在停机的情况下进行,并采取相应的防尘措施。

(2)巡检人员在设备间巡视或工作时,偏离联轴器。

(3)经常检查冷却、润滑系统是否通畅,温度、压力、流量是否满足要求。

(4)发现鼓风机及电机的温度、水冷系统、油压、风量、电流、电压,进风口差压异常、特别是联轴器弹性片有开裂迹象时,立即通知运行人员停机待查。

(5)进入鼓风机房时应带好耳塞。

5.3维护和保养

(1)通风廊道、每月检查一次。

(2)总进风帘式过滤器的滤料定期更换。

(3)油冷却器、润滑系统的设备及设施定期吸尘、清理、检修。

(4)润滑油定期采样化验,如超标立即更换。

6二沉池,絮凝沉淀池,污泥回流井

6.1设备管理

(1)定时检查阀门井内设备工况,井内有无积水。

(2)检查桥式行车运行情况。

(3)检查刮渣板刮渣情况及出渣口是否畅通。

(4)检查虹吸回流是否正常,回流井内回流阀开度是否合适。

(5)池面浮渣,出水堰上绿苔及时清理,保持池面卫生。

(6)桥式行车,污泥回流泵,污泥外排泵,各管线阀门定期维护保养。

6.2安全操作

(1)巡视检查回流井,二沉池,絮凝沉淀池时注意防滑防坠落事故发生。

(2)巡视过程中,认真遵守安全操作规程,确保人身安全,防止气体中毒等事故发。

(3)巡视过程中出现问题应填写好记录,并及时上报解决。

6.3维护保养

电器、设备按照设备维护周期定期检修保养。
